regarding the possibilities of enrollment into the Minnesota
Chippewa Tribe by those who are not now enrolled, we are very —
anxious to know just what the outcome of these resolutions was
so that we can pass on the authorized information or begin on
our compiliation of new approved ROLL of the Minnesota Chip-
Tribe. — oo

Pursuant to Artiele 11, Section 3, Constitution and By-
of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, Minnesota, .
BE IT H-REBY RESOLVED, not now enrolled as of
i the Kinnesota Chippewe Tribe, if able to so prove shall be enrolled
if he or she is a descendant of a member of the Tribe; Provided thet
r these rules shall not be in effect unless ratified by the Tribel
: Delegates in kay, 1949, and thereafter epproved by the Secrepry of
